When in December 2005, Mr. Abel Senior said in NY, “Michael, you have to move into motivational speaking!” I had just started my apprenticeship as a trainer. The years before, I was passionate about sales and key account management. This took me to more than 20 countries and on 4 continents while being trained myself for these tasks again and again.

The talent for being a speaker showed up early at youth conferences and was promoted by well-known national and international speakers, such as. Kenneth Blanchard, Dr. Jack Groppel, Bill Hybels and Prof. Hartwig Eckert. 25 years of speaker experience through national and international conferences in Europe, USA and Australia are the basis to inspire with target group-oriented lectures and challenging content.
